Please note that the costs associated with banner production falls on the advertiser. Brevard Public Schools is not responsible for the costs associated with banner replacements should damage to the banner occur.

Contract Terms

All advertising is confirmed by this written and signed Advertising Agreement.

In consideration of the acceptance of the advertising (subject to the other terms and conditions of School Board of Brevard County “BPS” policies and procedures), the Advertiser or its agency must, in respect to the contents of the advertising images, actions and messages, indemnify and hold BPS harmless against any and all claims, demands, or judgments paid or awarded to any and all third parties making a claim against BPS as a direct result of presentation of Advertiser’s ads or any and all issues arising out of this agreement.

Advertising subject matter, form, size, wording, illustration, and typography of the advertising shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent or designee and the Division of Government and Community Relations. BPS shall have the right to reject or omit any advertisement which, in its sole discretion, it considers unsuitable for any reason or contrary to the policies of BPS. 

BPS reserves the right to cancel any contract with Advertiser at any time upon defaultby the Advertiser in the payment of bills or unsuitable subject matter.

All links from www.brevardschools.org to Advertiser’s web site are also cause for cancellation by the Superintendent or designee, and the Division of Government and Community Relations under the same conditions as cited above.
